A mildly spiced cold salad.
Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: No Cooking.
Serves 4 to 6.
2 cups boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
2 boiled potatoes, cut into pieces
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients very well.
- Store in a refrigerator.
- Serve cold.
