Khyaar Bi Leban ( Cucumber and Yoghurt Dip)
All this dip sums up to is cool and refreshing… perfect for summer cocktail parties.

Makes 4 servings
2 cups fresh hung curds (chakka dahi)
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
2 tsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
- Whisk the curds till smooth.
- Add the garlic, salt, pepper and mint leaves and whisk again.
- Add the cucumber and mix well.
- Refrigerate till use.
- Serve chilled with pita bread.
