Orange zest and a dash of whisky adds a new dimension to the regular hot coffee.

1 tsp orange rind, finely chopped
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp whisky
2 tbsp whipped cream
sugar as required
- Boil ¾ cup of water in a pan, add the orange zest and keep aside for a few seconds.
- In a mug, combine the coffee, whisky and sugar.
- Strain the water from the orange zest and pour it over the coffee mixture.
- Mix well and serve immediately topped with the whipped cream.
