Coffee with a Twist

Orange Coffee

Orange zest and a dash of whisky adds a new dimension to the regular hot coffee.




Preparation Time: 5 mins.
Cooking Time: 5 mins.
Serves 1. 


1 tsp orange rind, finely chopped
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp whisky
2 tbsp whipped cream
sugar as required


  1. Boil ¾ cup of water in a pan, add the orange zest and keep aside for a few seconds.
  2. In a mug, combine the coffee, whisky and sugar.
  3. Strain the water from the orange zest and pour it over the coffee mixture.
  4. Mix well and serve immediately topped with the whipped cream.
